Hypnosis is a natural state that we all experience several times throughout the day. Therapeutically, hypnosis and hypnotherapy is a scientifically proven treatment used to help clients quickly access the unconscious and from there, make physical and emotional changes. Hypnotherapy sessions are uniquely tailored to each client and their particular needs and issues they would like to address and change. Contrary to misconceptions about hypnosis, clients are fully aware, able to speak, and are not able to do things they do not want to do; in other words, clients are fully in control. During each session, clients will experience hypnosis as well as learn various tools to utilize in and out of the office. Many issues can be addressed and treated in as little as one to three sessions; others may require practicing self-hypnosis (which is taught in session) and other hypnotherapeutic techniques. I use a variety of techniques, including classical and Eriksonian hypnosis, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), and Neuro Linguistic Programming. I am a Certified Hypnotherapist by the National Guild of Hypnotists and The Center for Integrative Hypnosis.
